Our full hub in January includes 7+ hours a day, 3 days a week for 4 weeks of cultural immersion, self-directed support, and engagement for your children. There will be activities 2 days each week for outdoor or cultural exploration, and those can be complemented with unschooling style family co-op gatherings for an additional day each week. Kids will have the option to not participate in activities and be cared for in home spaces when they need a break. Pre-planned activities include transportation as well as lunch and snacks. The weekly family gatherings will include a picnic style lunch, and we will serve dinner to the kids who attend the Valentine's Day babysitting. We will also provide transportation from your lodging in San Ignacio to your lodging along the Hummingbird and again to your lodging in Hopkins Village. A get-acquainted dinner the night before we begin is also included this year, as well as airport or bus station transfers from Belize City at the beginning and to Dangriga at the end.

Here is the fee structure. I tried to simplify the fee structure for this year. If you would like to get prices for one, two, or three weeks, please message me. If you would like to create a specialized package, just ask. I can't guarantee I'll be willing to create infinite combinations, but it's worth asking me, right? As a reminder lodging is not included, but I will assist you in finding lodging if you'd like. All activities packages include lunch, snacks, van rental, gas, activity fees, and staff and tour guide fees. If you'd like to tip the tour guides, they always appreciate it.

Accompanied child simply means the parent is with the child for activities. The unaccompanied child package includes the 4 days of family co-op without a parent present, whereas the "unaccompanied activities only" package means you will attend the family gatherings with your child/ren but not accompany them for activitties. There is also an option to add on childcare for the family gatherings if you plan to attend activities with your child/ren but not the family co-op gathering. Lunch and snacks are also included with the family gatherings, as well as all activities. No other meals are included other than our get acquainted dinner and valentines day dinner, but many of the lodging facilities have meal plans. There are sibling discounts. Prices below are a guideline. Your package is specific to your needs.  Message us for price totals, payment, and details.

A $500 deposit secures your spot for the January hub. You must be paid in full by November 19.

These are the updated prices and schedule for January 2025!

 

Refund Policy: deposit is refundable until payment due date of November 19 ,2024. After that date, the deposit is no longer refundable. From November 19, 2024 to December 19, 2024, upon cancellation, you will get a 75% refund minus your deposit. From December 20, 2024 to January 3, 2025, upon cancellation, you will get a 50% refund minus the deposit. From January 4, 2025 to January 18, 2025, upon cancellation, you will get a 25% refund minus your deposit. Once the hub begins, there will be no refunds.
